Info, Rules, details and speed tips!     Battlefields Council Rules NEW - Axle lubricant is now permitted. Silicone grease only!!   !Warning! – Liquid lubricants will NOT be permitted. ie WD-40, oil, baby oil etc. (they ruin the track surface)  Vehicles with liquid lubricants will be disqualified till the lubricant is fully removed.

Tune up nights - you only need spirit to help!

Get sponsors/Donations (A donation letter is available by request)

Set up Friday night starting at 7 pm.

Take down Saturday afternoon

Transportation of track and cars to and from Event

Tuck Shop operator - a great group fundraiser!!

Request for any garage signs (Penzoil, "race" type of decorations (if you have a better description that would be great)) to borrow for setup to help with atmosphere

NEEDED - A group to run the concession stand!

Where: Southwood Secondary School, 30 Southwood Dr, Cambridge, ON

When: March 5, 2011

            Set up is Friday night

           08.00   Doors open at 8am

           08.30 - Grand Howl

           09.00 - Races start at 9 am

           9 - 12  Kub Kars          12 - 1  Open Class           1 - 4  Scout Trucks

           ** times are approximate**

Registration and Tune up nights for all classes

When:  Feb 18 & Mar 1 NEW  - Tuesday, Wednesday night       

Where:  St. Peter’s Church in Preston, King & Church St Map Home of 20^th Cambridge

Time: 7-9 both nights

Who – All Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Leaders interested in having fun!  Yes, Scouts and Leaders can enter a Kub Kar or Scout Truck in the open classes.

Fee - $6 per vehicle – payable to your Leader on or before registration night.

Leaders

We request that all registrations are completed as a Group.  This makes registration night much easier for everyone. A group registration form is in the package.  Please print Fill it out and bring it with your group vehicles on one of the tune-up nights.   We would like you to be there until your entire group is registered. 

If parents are bringing their youth and kars , please make sure they see this information
